Our pals over at Bare Bones have been revolutionising the chocoate industry in Scotland. They are making chocolate from bean to bar and roast their own cacao beans. Maybe that's why as coffee roasters we get on so well with them!
68% single origin Dominican chocolate is combined with smooth ground Maldon salt for 24 hours to really bring out the natural flavours of the cacao. The results are a perfectly balanced bar of chocolate and one that we can't get enough of!
