Our pals over at Bare Bones have been revolutionising the chocolate industry in Scotland. They are making chocolate from bean to bar and roast their own cacao beans. Maybe that's why as coffee roasters we get on so well with them! 

 

Single origin Dominican Republic 68% dark chocolate with taste notes of salted caramel and roasted hazelnuts. The Maldon salt is ground smooth through the chocolate for 72 hours and brings out the natural sweetness from the cacao. The salt creates the perfect balance of sweet and savoury – making it incredibly complex and moreish.
