Our pals over at Bare Bones have been revolutionising the chocolate industry in Scotland. They are making chocolate from bean to bar and roast their own cacao beans. Maybe that's why as coffee roasters we get on so well with them!
65% single origin dark chocolate from Guatemala with tasting notes of honey, brown sugar and a hint of yellow fruit. A perfectly balanced chocolate with delicate levels of sweetness cutting through the cacao.
