Our pals over at Bare Bones have been revolutionising the chocolate industry in Scotland. They are making chocolate from bean to bar and roast their own cacao beans. Maybe that's why as coffee roasters we get on so well with them!
70% single origin chocolate, wonderfully smooth with maple syrup, cherry and raspberry jam tasting notes without any of the bitterness normally associated with dark chocolate.
