You are ludicrously aware of Wee Stoater but this another vintage version. A limited edition even.
Why Ultimate? This is a Peaberry only, naturally fermented Brazilian from Fazenda Paraiso. Its fermentation teases out ripe banana wrapped in golden honey, amplifying an already bold, velvety body. For the finish there is a touch of lingering golden raisin. Easily the best Brazilian coffee we've ever roasted.

ALTITUDE: 1100 maslSomething with a little extra terroir and a single variety of arabica. If you inspect the beans you’ll notice that they are very uniform in shape and size. Peaberries only develop in 1/10 of every coffee cherries when there develops only one bean inside the cherry.
Peaberries are known to be a more concentrated version of their siblings who grow two to a coffee cherry. This affords an extra level of complexity for you to explore. For us the vibrancy discovered in Ultimate Stoater reinforces our already heightened opinion of Brazilian grown beans.
